Timewise by Robert Leet is a science fiction book. The protagonist is an orphan called Ron Larsen. Ron drifted from family to family and orphanage to orphanage. Never developing strong relationships with anyone. Then one day once playing a wagered game of chess. He saw a beautiful woman called Regina Russo; a woman that he loved at first sight. She sat with him and discussed some of her fascinating theories with him. This chance encounter would shape the man Ron was going to be for the rest of his life.

The years went by as Ron and Regina would conveniently bump into each other occasionally. During these encounters she would indulge Ron with more of her theories. The bond between them grew stronger each time they met. Once Ron had made a name for himself in the world of stock trading, however, they grew apart and rarely saw each other. Then one day he received a letter from Regina, and she desperately asks for his help. Ron is married and content with his lavish lifestyle now but he owes it all to Regina. He seeks out Regina and offers his help with her revolutionary project. A machine that can foresee the future. He has no idea about the lasting ramifications of this partnership, or that the FBI suspects Regina of committing acts of terrorism.

What a blast it was to read this book. It was very informative about topics I have always been curious about. An example being that time is what we perceive and not something that always exists. That awareness creates time to be more specific. The book is filled to the brim with similar astonishing topics pertaining to physics. I loved how the author explained most theories posed by Regina with the utmost clarity and simplicity. A few of these theories are quite hard to comprehend, but I enjoy reading a book that makes me stare out into the distance, while pondering over what I have just read, as this makes the book more engaging and memorable.

There was nothing I found to be unpleasant during my time with this book. I liked the plot and how it kept me intrigued till the very end. The characters were also amazing, as they are all well-developed and relevant.

Therefore, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The editing was commendable, as I only noticed a single error.

I recommend this book to people that love a book with interesting characters and theories pertaining physics. The plot is also amazing and very interesting.

You wrote a quite informative review. I wonder whether Regina is upto an act of terror as you have suspected. I will consider reading this book in the future.
