I concur it's very rare to find a book that is balanced. And you said it's on par with J. R. R. Tolkien? That is some high praise. I look forward to reading this now after such a review. Thank you.
Yes, I personally really enjoyed this read. One of my favorite finds on Online Book Club thus far. Thanks for commenting!

I usually don't read fantasy but the premise of this book is very interesting and thought-provoking. It's admirable that in constructing such a complicated world there were no plot holes. The enthusiasm of your review is highly contagious, thanks!

This sounds like a great elaboration on some Greek mythological ideas. It's definitely going on my Bookshelves!

An epic fantasy revolving around the adventures of a physician in Earth and the afterlife sounds intriguing. A man reborn to find redemption isn't original, but all those worlds you mentioned (Mürindür, Endüerduul, and Undüavalle) sound fresh. Captivating characters, action, and philosophical conflict add depth to the tale. Managing to balance the action and the dialogues show talent. That it was well edited is another plus. Not for me, but I am glad you enjoyed it so much. Thank you for the review!

Looks like the author used the idea of "hell" and "paradise" to creat his fictious worlds. I'm a big fan of sci-fi and this sounds like a really nice read. Thanks for the great review.

This book seems interesting, and your review was so positive and bright! I'll admit I'm a huge fan of fantasy books, but I feel like even if I wasn't a fan, based on your review, I'd want to read the book. Thank you for the wonderful review.

I can't wait to get myself a copy and start reading it. :techie-studyinggray: :techie-studyingbrown:

I am excited for this amazing fantasy book. It presents a world where souls go when they leave Earth to have a chance at redemption. After that, it is decided if they go to a place of paradise or a place of torture.

This book has such a cool premise. I like that the character keeps being reborn in order to provide more good on earth! While fantasy isn't normally my cup of tea, your review intrigued me. Thanks for the thoughtful review!

I never enjoyed books like 'The Hobbit' or 'Lord of the Rings', or even any of C.S.Lewis' fantasy works, so I don't think I'll be reading this one. Your review is so enthusiastic, however, that I'm sure that all those enjoy fantasy novels are in for a real treat! Thanks for your excellent piece!

So basically, when you die you go to limbo before you head to heaven or hell (all with different names). Unless you're like Hippocrates, who is reborn over and over so that he can help better mankind. Interesting twist!

Hippocrates and The Hobgoblin by C.S. Colvin sounds really a nice book. Am moved to read it because the plot of the book is full of action, romance, and philosophical conflict. Who wouldn't want to read such a book with a great plot? Well-written review.

I really enjoy fantasy stories but feel that many writers tend to fall back on the same old, tired tropes. I love how C.S. Colvin breathes new life into the genre with this book! The plot, characters, and settings sound well-developed and fascinating. I definitely will be checking this one out. Thanks for your review!
