Marcus, convicted for killing his estranged wife, Annabelle, travels to Arizona to seek revenge. He utilizes the grand opening of JTs World to kill his daughter Madeline who was the witness during his trial, and JT Thomas, a businessman now Madeline's stepfather. Afterward, Marcus hopes to inherit all their fortunes if his mission accomplishes. Unfortunately, he kills Mika, a performer at the event unbeknownst to him is a mistaken identity since she resembles Madeline. Mika's death causes a shootout between her husband and lover, who kills each other. What a tragedy for a grand opening! After this incident, JT travels with his cowboys to Colorado to buy cows for his ranch. Here, he explores several adventures and encounters enemies that want him dead. Will JT be able to escape death with all these enemies? Get what will happen to JT Thomas and more on his adventures in the bookJTs World by E. Alan Freischauer.

I love the setting of the book. It depicts the Western culture before civilizations. There are cowboys who went into adventure with JT, the sheriffs who provided protection, the criminals killing people, and the bounty hunting down criminals for rewards. The relationship between JT and his half-daughter is also commendable. The in-depth description of the wilderness and the beautiful landscapes was impressive. Finally, I loved the themes developed in the novel, especially how showing mercy and kindness to strangers can save a person, which reflects in the many instances when JT offered a hand of help to others.

I commend the author of the book for his creativity. The several instances of killing to seek revenge with a touch of romance served the book's purpose very well. I like how the author brought in new characters while maintaining the flow of the plot. The book gives an insight into the western culture, dress code, and meals and teaches on virtues of life while entertaining the reader. Besides, the language is simple, with well-broken-down chapters for easy internalizing.

I recommend this book to anyone who loves action stories and movies and to anyone above 15 years old. It contains some obscene scenes and several incidents of killing that can traumatize children.

Although some scenes were unnecessary, I did love reading this book. I found no errors since the book was exceptionally well-edited. Therefore, I award it 5 stars out of 5 stars since it is worth reading over and over again.
