JTs World by E. Alan Fleischauer is the fifth and the last book in the JT Thomas Western series. After the disastrous events that unfolded during the grand opening of JT's World, JT Thomas decided to unwind from all the stress and went riding with his cowboys to buy new cattle for his ranch. Unfortunately, there was no such thing as an easy ride in the wild west. JT found himself gunning one hombre after another and rescuing his fair share of damsels in distress. Although they were all infatuated with the dashing cowboy, JT still could not move on from his late love, Annabelle. Until one day he encountered Chip Heller, who was on a hunt for two wanted men. Together they arrived at White Rock and tracked the two wanted men to the town clinic. JT rescued the doctor, Jessica Tillman, and he fell in love for the first time since Annabelle’s death. But there was another man who had his eyes on the beautiful doctor, the evil Aamon Zamora. He would stop at nothing to be able to marry Jessica. Would the love between JT and Jessica prevail against all odds? Would JT finally find his happy ending?

What I liked the most about this book was the story. When I started to read this book, I was expecting to read a book that was filled with gunfights and horse riding because it was a western book. I got all that from this book, but what I didn't expect was that this is also a romance book. The author did an incredible job of detailing that despite all his wealth and friends, what JT truly needs is to have someone to love. Even after he met Jessica, they didn't marry right away. JT must struggle to prove his love for her. I never thought I would be enjoying a romance book as much as I enjoyed this book.

What I also liked about this book were the characters. There were a lot of characters in this book. If you did not read the series from the first book, you might have a difficult time remembering every one of them. The author did a wonderful job of giving background stories for characters that were important to the story. Those characters were Chip Heller, Jessica Tillman, and Aamon Zamora. I had to say that Chip Heller was my favorite. He is loyal and dependable. He also had skills that made me feel that everything would be all right every time he appeared.

I also liked that even though this is the fifth book in the series, the author made sure that the readers knew what happened in the previous books. He did this by making JT tell his past to the people he met. That way the reader would have a clearer picture of what happened in the JT Thomas western series even if they hadn't read all of the books.

I had nothing to dislike about this book. There are a few errors, but they didn’t reduce the reading experience in any way. So I can say that this book is professionally edited. I gladly rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. This book is filled with actions worthy of the wild west. It also brought a heartwarming and satisfactory conclusion to the JT Thomas Western series.

I recommend this book to readers who like western stories. Readers who enjoy stories with action and a bit of romance will also enjoy reading this book. I also recommend this book for mature readers because of the sexual scenes depicted in it.
