JT’s World by E. Alan Fleischauer is an intriguing standalone Western series about JT Thomas, a businessman and owner of the amazing JT’s World, a huge complex with lots of features. The book starts with the death of Mika, although the death trap was set for Madeline, JT’s ward and the daughter of his lover that he lost. Two more people were killed while trying to figure out who the murderer was. After the tragedy, JT is encouraged by Madeline to take a trip. On this trip, JT meets a lot of people and renders help to whomever he can, including Jessica Tillman, a woman he falls in love with.

One thing I appreciate about the book is that it is a standalone book in the adventure series it belongs to. Someone who has not read any other book in the series will have no problem reading this book with great understanding. The opening actions were interesting, and an interesting beginning gave me high expectations of a book; the ending part also did not disappoint. The protagonists of the story were brave, especially Chip Heller; to me, he was the bravest character.

There wasn’t much that I didn't like about this book. I felt like the book dragged me back to the complex with JT on his Colorado trip every time the author took me back to the complex. The moment the trip to Colorado got interesting, the last thing I wanted was to be taken back to the complex to see how Madeline was handling things. As much as I did not quite enjoy reading about Madeline handling the complex because it was slow compared to all the actions happening at JT’s end of the story, it was important to keep the reader informed about the complex so it wouldn't be totally forgotten.

I loved reading the book; it was action-packed, so I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The book was perfectly edited. I did not find any errors in it. I liked how the author showed man’s humanity through Thomas. He was such a kind-hearted man and cared even about people he didn’t even know. I could not find any reason not to give this book a perfect rating.

I would recommend this book to people who love western stories; they will love it. This book will appeal to people who love crime thrillers. It will also appeal to people who love romance. The romance is quite an interesting part of the book. People who love adventurous stories will love reading this book.
