JT's World by E. Alan Fleischauer is a 474-page western book that tells the story of John Thurgood Thomas. JT is a wealthy, good-looking man who owns an investigative firm but also plans to open a recreational center called JT's World. His plans take a wrong turn when, on the opening day of JT's World, a crime is committed. Three of his employees are killed within a couple of hours. Will JT be able to proceed with opening his business after these gruesome murders are committed? Will he be able to move on with his life and find love? Answers to these questions are provided within this thrilling novel Fleischauer has put together.

Fleischauer uses a captivating style of writing to tell this story. The author carves out time to give each character a back story. This makes the book more interesting as the reader is granted the opportunity to see into the character's past and understand the motivation behind their actions or inactions. It also depicts the characters as not being rigid but rather, as being victims of circumstances. Every villain is shown to have a reason that made him embrace evil or crime. This act makes this book rather relatable to the average person.

A well-written and organized action-packed novel, this book depicts the Wild West in all its splendor. All the usual stereotypes about the West are present here. The cowboys, criminals, saloons, prostitutes, gunslingers, and many others all make an appearance in this book. It is as accurate a depiction of the west as we have come to know it.

One negative aspect of this book is that, in some instances, the author drifts off in the middle of the action, to provide some information about a character. This causes a break in reading. It may lead to the reader losing interest since it may seem as though the author has too many stories to tell and jumbles them together. This is the only thing I did not enjoy about this book.

This book contains some profane language and also violent content, so I believe this book was not intended for children. I will rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it was a very well-thought-out book that was executed to perfection, except for the few instances when the author drifts away. I will recommend this book to all who enjoy classic Western books and cowboy romance.
