Leon Mason's The life of Tony MARCEANO tells the story of a person growing up just outside of Washington, D.C. Tony's life consists mainly of getting into fights and having casual relationships with numerous women.

I really didn't see the book's point. If I had been reading this book without planning on writing a review of it, I would have stopped reading it. Most of the time it seemed like the same story over and over again each chapter. also, from the other books that I have read, there is normally a decent amount of character development. I didn't notice any character development for Tony until the two last chapters. Somewhere towards the middle of the book Tony is involved in a serious accident. I was hoping I would see some development in Tony after the accident. I imagine he would have had to overcome many challenges, as I am sure the author really did overcome, as the accident was based on a true event in Leon Mason's life. However, Leon Mason doesn't go into detail about how Tony is able to get back to living a normal life. Besides the plot, I found that some parts of the book didn't flow very well. In other words, parts seemed a bit out of place. I found a lot of grammar mistakes as well.

Although I honestly can't think of much that I liked about the book, I thought it was somewhat touching how much Tony cares about his daughter. On the other hand, I got the sense that his sons were somewhat neglected by him.

I would rate this book 1 out of 4 stars. Besides the reasons mentioned above, I failed to walk away having learned something positive that I could apply to my life.

I really wouldn't recommend anyone to read this book. I might see some teenagers possibly finding it interesting, but I still wouldn't recommend it as I don't think it would have a positive impact on the readers.
