Review of JTs World
JT’s World written by E. Alan Fleischauer is a fantasy that take you to the good land of happening and mis-happening at the same time. Right from the start you realise the book is going to get you into an intricate web of character dissociation where you expect to the development with a progressive approach. The story simply starts from JT’s world and end at the same. But it doesn’t just talk about the fantasy land where JT lives. It speaks for the variety of events happening in JT’s life which make this a very appropriate title for the book.
The book shows females in a different light. You might not expect it to be a female revolutionary story, but part of it brings in the plethora of female emotions, strength and calibre. Right from the start, you can see Madeline with the leadership qualities taking control of the situation. Then there was Maria and Leslie who displayed the strength of a female by fighting back. There were others who proved women could be criminals too, and there was Jessica filled with empathy and compassion for the patients but when it came to her loved ones, she could react as violently as one can think. I really like this whole description of multiple characters along with their background stories.
This was a fulfilling story. You see the crime, you see the fun, and you see the generosity which itself is more of a fantasy in the real world. So I really couldn’t put finger at something I disliked about the book. I like almost everything about the book. Even the transition from one scene to other was clear enough. There was no confusion in understanding the story. The words were chosen nicely and the displayed wisely.
I would like to give this book 4 stars out of 4 stars. I like the interaction between the characters. The bonding and the ease with which they bonded. And of course the early-civilisation-setting insights, where you see how people lived in the past.
This book is for someone who enjoys mystery and fiction. Someone who faints thinking about blood shouldn’t try pushing themselves. Anyone interested in reminding themselves about the gun and the fights would definitely enjoy the book a lot. And if by any chance you can keep the excessive blood-shots out of sight while reading about them? You definitely can have a good time with the book and the story. And please don’t miss out on the sweet romance between JT and his lover. It is cliché but people often like cliché. I will give it a big thumbs up and would request the interested readers to give it a chance to light up their fantasy world.
