I agree to the part India in chaos as writer unveil the truth behind the chaos. Being an Indian I already knew what is wrong with my country due to daily struggles but the book is capable of answering why things are wrong with this country. The book tries its best to explain the fundamental faults in laws and constitution and how it contradicts itself. As a layman who did not knew much about laws and system I always accused the corrupt politicians for the degradation of this resourceful nation but the book presented how a system was spun to hinder the progress and oppress the populace.
There are some moments in the book which are harsh and may hurt patriotic sentiments but are unquestionably true. Such as, when book states the whole country looks like a garbage compound. I know there is so much more to my country but the writer, at that point is talking about the appearance of our country.
I feel that the part in the book "Only judiciary can save" is somewhat fictional because the judiciary has its own limits and we cannot overlook the fact that the people working in judiciary are also people who have their weaknesses and insecurities. Although this cant be accepted as an excuse to abandon their duties but it is the reality and the way out of this dilapidated system is not easy.
As a reader,I kept loosing the grip on the book as it is overwhelming for a layman to continuously read about laws and the book also leaves one upset a lot of times by giving regular dose of appalling reality. The writer Mr. K.C. Agrawal did his best to explain his statements through different examples and sometimes many examples for a single issue thus at times it becomes annoyingly repetitive.
I believe that the book is not only written for Indian nationals but for all those who want to know why India, after being independent, is shattering and for those who would want to know what should not be done to run a country successfully. Mr. K.C. Agrawal honestly analyzed the mistakes and injustice done by the primary power holders and their heirs therefore in my opinion it is 2 out of 4 and is a must read for those who really want to understand the Indian politics.
