I love it already! It sounds like such an interesting story. I like the fact that there's a faith theme and can't wait to see David/Elias overcome his loss and pain.
Thank you for the review.

Sounds strange to have Christian fiction combined with other genres. Since the book follows the main characters' life as he grows up, it seems like a good opportunity to see how the author managed to mix his emotions since his family was murdered.

Thanks for a nice review!

This book seems to be a good mix of sci-fi and mystery but I'm not sure about the Christian approach. I'll skip it for now.

This is not a book that interests me. However, those that enjoy Christian fiction stories will probably enjoy this, it sounds like it has a little suspense as well. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

Although this book definitely seems to be a typical book with strong Christian tones in the plot, it is also certainly science fiction, as it is set in the future in a world somewhat different to our own world. It also describes technology and systems which are only beginning to be seen in our present world but which are much more evolved in the world of tomorrow. This is what all classic science fiction has done, even although there is romance and mystery as elements in the plot. The futuristic world does sound interesting to me, although I am usually not too fond of stories with a Christian or any other religious theme in them, unless the author has invented a religion which forms part of the novel, itself. Your review was interesting to read, and certainly did not spoil any part of the plot of the book.

I think this is the first time I've seen these different genres get combined in one book. Christian themed stories are not really my cup of tea but I got to admit, the premise sounds interesting.

I love Christian fiction, and this sounds like a great book! I am curious as to who killed David's family. I don't mind the mix of genres since it is a clean read with no profanity or sexual content. Thanks for another excellent review!

Normally, I would have love to get my hands on such story, but unfortunately, at the moment I am not up for the your regular bleak future scenarios. Will have to shelve it for further reference, when world seems a bit more bright place. Congrats on BOTD!

The book is full of suspense and interesting to read. Robots will replace humans in the near future sounds real. I love the mixer of genres that the writer has achieved in this book.
