Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is a two hundred and eighty-one paged masterpiece woven by a highly respected medical professional, Morton E. Tavel on humanitarian grounds to help unravel the unpleasant and dangerous theories put forth in modern medical practice and their potentially hazardous effects. The book possesses clear self-explanatory facts about health everyone needs to hurry to learn before it becomes unavailable, as very good things don’t often last forever. The book is made of 62 descriptive yet short chapters. As the title suggests, modern medical tips are offered, tricks debunked, and myths busted, all in professional style. It is wonderful how a medical doctor could be so skilled in writing.

Do you seek honest methods to lose those extra pounds of flesh? Chapter one of Morton’s book proffers the solution in a detailed yet concise manner. You get to see things you didn’t know endangered your dear health pop up, thanks to this life-saving piece. The chapter about foods to avoid, from a doctor’s professionally researched perspective, is another portion which deals with the present realities inherent in misleading modern diet that many are unwary of. I could not stop reading till the end. It becomes obvious from the book that choices of certain delicacies is responsible for the myriads of complicated issues in human health in this era. Listed and explained in details you can’t stop being amazed by the facts expunged.

Morton details some benefits of certain seeds, nuts, among others, which are more often culturally underrated but are a necessity for all. There are facts here about sodium demonstrated in graphic style which consider its general consumption rate and the risk factors posed in particular applications. You would not believe that sodium was immensely important until you read how in this book. The following steps are listed on how to use sodium beneficially but not at the cost of health… just read them for yourself at your convenience.

What is best doing when you have a cold? Morton reveals it, and it is priceless, you cannot believe its that simple. What of facts about painkillers, heartburn, backache and sleep? This doctor specially and unhurriedly states all the facts, gives helpful recommendations and gives the reader a chance to contemplate on the next medical route to take onto safety when facing such health challenges.

Morton exposes the general art employed in the use of Polygraphs in forensics and its real connection with medical diagnosis. What is real or scam is left for the immediate audience to decide. This writer seems to be sick and tired of the quackery and the unscrupulous strategies employed by some medical stakeholders in their conscienceless amassing of easy gold for themselves at the expense of patients' lives.

The entire 62 chapters hold the reader spellbound as myths and tricks on various health aspects are busted without mercy. You would ask yourself in consternation, "was this for real"? The point is that many people who are already enslaved by the conventional tricky medical coding prank can see this book as their only informative medical escape from pervading medical tricks which rip-off their health and pockets. There is no mistake in the words or grammatical makeup of this book. It was professionally edited and proofread. I therefore rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

I recommend this book to all who seek to live healthy and strong and are not willing to let unverified hypothesis rule their lives. It is a book for young doctors who seek to practice medicine with their conscience unstained by conventional medical creeds and of course pranks. I am recommending this book as a standard for medical inquiries to all who seek practical health information. Read the entire book and be aware of the pranks some medical practitioners pull over patients to make their selfish ends meet.
