He's also able to confirm recent and present studies to further enhance his topics. It also shed light to certain myths and updated the facts. Superstitions including opinions which are bias was also tackled more clearly. Dr. Tavel has been respectful to all authorities and groups concern upon his claims. His concern for people is also obvious upon all the information he wants to impart.
Different health topics are also discussed that included warnings to certain helpful extent. Resources were also cited to be legal and true. The author by the way talks to readers in an honest way. As a medical practitioner, Dr. Tavel is unbias but plainly advice to what the readers prefer and of great help. Suggestions were given but not in a pushy manner. I commend the author for being sensitive to address differences of the readers by tackling different areas in health. Elements I liked most is when Dr. Tavel include humour and the use of understandable words or terminologies.
The book is best for interested individuals with regard to healthy living, into conscious eating, have a positive change, both young or old. Healthy options were discussed, positive way of living should be done. Concious eaters will also benefit for facts are tackled. Positive changers anchors being healthy, having good disposition and a happy life. Some recipes are included by the author.
There were certain typographical errors but more on layout and in some spacing error. But, it's still a commendable book edited, made, and finalized to last. It doesn't also flood or too much information in every chapters. Enough sentences and paragraphs were allotted to discuss every topic. It's professionally edited with all the smooth transition of the subjects. The chapters are also connected with united information. Bills, tips, and shared best practices from others are also presented. Words of encouragement are also plenty. The book won't bore it's readers even if it has no pictures on it. The book also makes room for adjustment, feedback, and freedom whether to believe it or not. It all depends in the reader's perspectives. The rating of the book is 4 out of 4.
