Following is an online book club review of The Road Map to the End of Days by Delia Arias
The book The Road Map to the End of Days, by Daniel Friedman, is as the title depicts. Within its pages this road map is broken down into a sequence of time and history using tables, time lines along with corresponding text and glossary. It is through these mediums that the author demonstrates the correlation of time, events, history and biblical history. Leading you step by step through the road map they outline.

I found it to be a spiritually inclined book shinning new light on the ultimate, possible answers to questions as old as existence. I think the author presents the topic and the book's concepts in a direct, concise manner yet ethereal in nature. I also found it eye-opening and insightful, producing savory juices of thoughts to time, place, purpose and the divine. It sucked me in as it produced the building blocks to put together the big puzzle of the road map. It kept me interested and intrigued through its winding, well mapped journey to the perceived and intended end. Along the way it enlightened me with a clear view of understanding the events and time frame to expect on the road (course) to the end of days and its ultimate clear reasoning.

I like that the author included his background information in the beginning including his previous books which are connected to this book. I also appreciate that he included contact information at the close of the book where further discussion of the topic is available. I particularly liked how thought inducing it is. I especially enjoyed how the author brings together time and history through the Torah, as well as other associated spiritual books and knowledge. Unveiling the road map in a woven, interwoven, time frame of days and actions on Earth that lead to the end of days in a mystical, connected divine order. There wasn't much I didn't like or appreciate about the book. It was well thought out, explained and formatted. Following the tables and timelines does take a moment and some backtracking. However, it is written in a way that makes sense of the topic. The tables, timelines, text and glossary bring it all together. It merits the in-depth read.

I rate this book a 3 out of 4 stars. The reason I did not give it a 4 is because of the technical aspect of it, the tables, timelines, and correlations; although these parts are necessary. I could not give it less than a 3, as I found the book, its topic and overall presentation interesting and stimulating. It is well researched and organized in its intended topic.

I think this book would be a great read if you are someone with the questions; how, why, where and when. I believe it would also be worth the read to those who are inquisitive about the divine plan and our place in it all. I don't think it would appeal much to those who enjoy reading science fiction as it is centered on set timelines and standards connected in a spiritually, biblical based way throughout history, outlining clearly the path and the divine.
