Raven's Peak by Lincoln Cole is a story about the supernatural, and the people who deal with them.

The world you thought you knew have another face, and it isn’t a good one! Haatim realized this the moment he stepped into that ally and seeing things he never thought he would, tailing a woman she does not know, from a job he took from a person he just met. He is a normal guy, living a perfectly normal life of his desire. But because of his current state he took the job despite knowing nothing about the field of work he is hired to do. Haatim needed a distraction, and keeping himself busy allowed him to think less of what his heart and mind longs for and maybe, just maybe he thought this is what he needs to forget and get his life back on track.

Raven's Peak is an incredible story about the supernatural world of demons and people who drive them away or back to hell. It has information that sound true for people like myself who never had the interest in reading stuff about ancient demons and names of their kind. I like how the author remains neutral when it comes to religion. It doesn’t emphasize one religion as superior to another.

The main characters of the story is pretty cool and fun for me. Their reaction makes sense, as if they’re real and breathing. There’s a lot of side characters that are described, and they are elaborately defined just like the scenes in this story. The characters all have they’re issues, problems, worries, and experience in life that relates in the real world, and it’ll make you think of the things you actually did that could’ve make other people feel better than leaving them be to the extent that they couldn’t take it anymore and just flip.

The flow is the story is pretty good. There’s a lot of action, fight scenes, and really exciting and thrilling parts. I really like the way the scenes are elaborated, you could really feel the intensity of the fights and the thrill of the unexpected turns, and twist of the story. The fight are real nice. Abigail is pretty tough and cool, she is a fighter.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I enjoyed it, and I think anyone who’s up for the thrill, and action, with the right amount of drama then you should definitely read this story. Enjoyable story.
