Twisted threads

Twisted threads is a romance , thriller and suspense filled novel that tells a story of a young female geisha and assasin who has to complete a task in order to gain freedom from her way of life, but like all things unpredictable, she fell in love, now she has to figure out a way to save herself, her lover and gain a new life while defeating a twisted killer who is on the loose.

I love this novel because of its captivating nature and the suspense. It held my attention till the end. I loved the authors choice of words and the graphic descriptions of the actions encountered.i love this book also because the end signalled a happily ever after scenario which is something i really believe in. The final reveal of the idenyity of the killer was also something to look forward to. What i loved most about this book was its the progression of the plot, the plot twist and the amazing finish.

I hate this book because we had a lot of characters coming in at the end that werent mentioned in the beginning and this made it hard for me to keep up with the characters. Also at a point, it felt like the plot was overstretched to make the novel longer, the dialouges felt overdone. What i hated most about this novel was my inability to follow the character names at the ending and the stretched dialogues.

I give this novel a 3 out of 4 stars because it was impeccably edited which says a lot about the author and editor. No grammatical errors were encounted by me in the course of reading this novel as all tge puntuations were nicely done. The novel was captivating and enlightening as it opened my eye to the world of the japanese and their way of life. I didnt give this novel a 2 because it was really good and 2 wouldnt have done it justice. This is a novel i would really love to reread. I didnt give it a 4 either because it wasnt perfect and also because of the aforementioned problems which are overatretched plot and confusing characters.

This novel is perfect for audiences who love to curl up on a chair on a rainy day and be whisked into the world of assasins, cruise rides and passionate romance, who appreciate romance and the ability of love to change people. This novel wouldnt be interesting for readers who have no patience for stretched plots, graphic romance and gory deaths.
