The book "Cross Intents" by Scott Wells is an excellent and engaging book that shows what happens at the back of the scene beyond the eyes of human beings. The author presents two conflicting camps to the reader: the kingdom of the King and the devil and his demons. The actions of the angels, known as the servants of the kings, and the actions of the evil forces, known as the demons, were all directed to foster their goal of the camp they belong to. Both forces are working tirelessly to promote their agenda, influence the actions of humans, and indirectly control each event in the human world. They work enthusiastically and always stick to their camp plan; there is no room for error.

"Cross Intents" presents the inhabitants of three realms: the physical realm, the middle realm, and the realm of the King. The realms have their contribution to the greater good. It extensively showed what is happening in totality through the physical realms, then painted a picture of spiritual guards and warriors of the different camps who inhabit the middle realm and also influence the actions of men, making sure that the will of their master is fulfilled, and then presented the two leaderships, the King with his angels and the demon with their leader.

"Cross Intents" is very pictorial; you can picture the actions as you read. The book also uses biblical stories and happenings, telling the behind-the-scenes of them all; it is very creative. I genuinely enjoy reading the book. The diction was simple and elaborate. The editing is okay.

I learned that "all things that happen in this world are for man to understand his desperate state and put his faith and trust in God." I did not find any negatives in the book. Furthermore, I do not dislike the book, though I could not relate to some of its information. Furthermore, I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The reasons for my ratings are the excellent writing style and the engaging information.
