In the book "In DeLorean’s Shadow," the reader faces the passionate exposure of some real-life incidences that are related by the only defendant who survived the DeLorean trial, revealing much personal background Arrington had to come through before finishing the book.

When it comes to details, Arrington has really drawn most of the readers into the world of drug cartels, smuggling, and government involvement. For instance, Arrington, like any competent blogger, does not hide his sins. The manner in which he takes responsibility for drug smuggling whenever he is involved despite being pressured by people like Morgan Hetrick is honesty in its natural state. The brow-nosing and the guilt acceptance bring this powerful emotional feel to the narrative.

It is, however, also possible to single out faith as another powerful theme developed in the book. This optimism of getting a new life makes Arrington’s reliance on prayer and belief in God move while behind the bar. An example of this is when he revived a student who had passed on with help from CPR by attributing it to the power of prayer.

From time to time, the loud and fast flow of actions suddenly slides into and into calm and steady meditation, both of which fail to fit well with each other. Furthermore, some parts are overly dramatic, a touch that can be off-putting to some of the reader’s base.

In editing, which is the next step in the writing process, I did not expect plain and simple grammatical mistakes. Generally, the text will strike a reader as well-written, stylistically clean, linguistically stylistically well-worked, and substantially free of any typos and grammatical errors, which is a rarity in large numbers of books published by a writer independently.

All in all, “In DeLorean’s Shadow” can be viewed as riveting and worthy of deep consideration, shot through with crime, religion, and personal salvation. Despite slight problems with pacing, this book offers a deep emotional experience and perfectly depicts the transformation of Arrington. Hence, I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Because the story and the overall impact this book creates more than overshadow these problems this book has.
