I read "About Spiritual Energy" to get more in touch with knowledge with being spiritual. For the most part I enjoyed reading it. It gives you in depth information going back years. I like how it explains different things and tells you why spirituality is not a religion. Which when asked my religion I always answer honestly that I'm not , I'm spiritual.
The author puts it into detail where I couldn't explain before what it means to be spiritual. Also confirms what I do say on how my church is when I step outside. Being at one with earth and all around me.
There were many parts that I didn't understand why the author went into details on things that seemed to be more for filling pages or for those who want a indepth education on the past and different words. There were lots of words that I didn't know how to pronounce either which made me stressed. Kind of like reading college level material.
Over all I am pleased with how the writer laid out things a chapter at a time. Let's you concentrate on one thing of spiritual energy at a time. And I really loved how he also gives you personal information about himself and how he learned what he writes about. So that you know he didn't just make it up.
