Matthew Tysz's "We Are Voulhire: “A New Arrival under Great Skies” gives the reader an interesting combination of elements of fantasy as well as political intrigue, which makes you curious from the very beginning. Thus, intertwining power politics and myths, fascination with a mystical world, and a man’s self-education, the novel introduces readers to the complicated world in which every action has serious consequences. The book reveals the colorful world of fantasy and exploration all at once.

There’s a protagonist in our story, Galen Bray. A man who leaves the Lands of the Princes, a warzone, to start a new life in Voulhire. This slow transformation of the main character, Galen, and his interest in this newly introduced strange world are quite believable, and this makes the audiences easily relate to him even as other parts of the movie take on the highly imaginary, especially having cast other human-like creatures. First of all, it was rather interesting for me to read a positive image of the world of Voulhire, which is possible thanks to this book.

One has to be impressed with how the novel is constructing its universe. It is beyond doubt that Tysz does a tremendous job in the development of the world of Voulhire, as this is the book that presents the reader with the setting his series is set in. The language usage is easy, and most things that are written can easily be understood. Several side plots are very well linked by the author, and the pictures of Voulhire and its difficulties are painted very vividly. Altogether, it is inspiring to observe many incredible happenings and actions, as well as Raiden’s enchantment, which I like. This was made possible by coming up with two points of view in the stories, whereby readers are able to view each incident from two angles. With respect to the features of the book, I don’t have something I can explain that I did not like. From the first part of the story, one may only increase the anticipation for more drama, magic, and pure adrenaline in the second book.

The book rightly deserves the nutrients of 5 out of 5 stars because of the narrative structure, character creation, and the face value of the dust cover page. There is not a single grammatical mistake that I could identify in this book. If I were to recommend one book to lovers of sci-fi fantasy, then this would be a recommendation that is worth considering.
