Starting their own business in New York named Remedium Cerebrum Inc., Umi and Ashanti’s goal is to cure mental disorders. In their clinical trials, however, they get some things they did not anticipate, which gives the volunteers special powers. College student Orinthia struggles with anxiety and, during her story, realizes that she can read other people’s minds. It actually brings her into a realm of mystery and violence.

Together with friends each with their own problems with abilities, Orinthia discovers a very dangerous plot within theRemedium Cerebrum company able to cause anarchy on the planet. As it is a journey full of risk and danger, they face and experience ethical issues, their struggles and fears, as well as the question of trust. Mental health, the search for acceptance, and accompanying moral dilemmas in the context of scientific research are themes this story carries.

The thing that I found especially likeable is the aspect of realness concerning the matters of mental health. Orinthia’s experiences are inspiring, and I also like how the author employs Orinthia’s personality to promote the need to be sensitive to those with mental health complications. The last thing that I like is the friendships and alliances that are shown in the story as the strength of the people, and everyone needs someone to rely on.

Orinthia by Most Everyone is complimented with elements of self-acceptance and the ability to overcome one’s fears, which I consider positive. The characterization and the unique powers these characters possess are also amusing and kept me glued. The book was exceptionally well edited and error-free.

It is hard not to feel for the characters or to marvel at how quickly the narrative moves to its climax. There is no dislike I have about this book; in fairness, I would say it did great in taking me through tension, romance, and serious mental issues all in one book without a hitch.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because the writing style is simple with an interesting plot with touching themes. Good character development and mental health issues. I recommend this book to everyone who likes books on mental health and the mysterious atmosphere of this thriller.
