The novel follows Galen Bray, who leaves behind the war-torn Land of the Princes to inherit his deceased uncle’s estate and forge in Magnum Caelum. Though Voulhire seems a land of promise and prosperity, it quickly becomes evident that the kingdom is fraught with its own dark undercurrents.
Galen’s arrival marks the beginning of a challenging journey as he navigates the complexities of his new home, discovering that Voulhire’s outward grandeur conceals hidden strife.
