The Pursuit of Happiness by Paul Lucas Scott gives practical knowledge and exercises on how we can pursue happiness in our daily lives. The author gave personal anecdotes and research on how we can lead a life toward happiness. It addresses the common problem and gives a feasible solution to anyone searching for happiness.

What I like about this book is that it gives wisdom to people who are currently at the crossroads of their lives. Like me, I was feeling lost and bought a lot of personal development books. This gives me practical knowledge on how I can pursue a more meaningful life. It made me realize that gratitude is important to happiness. That I should love what I have right now. Also, I learned so many techniques that I can apply to myself from now on like self-compassion. Oftentimes, I am too hard on myself and I've learned that I need to forgive the mistake I've made in the past.

Honestly, for me, there are no negative aspects of this book. It is very helpful for those people who are lost and want some clarity in their lives. This book is very informative in terms of giving a solution to our happiness problem.

The rating that I would give The Pursuit of Happiness by Paul Lucas Scott is 5 out of 5 stars. It is by far the best book I've had in a while. It gives wisdom to people who are having a hard time with their lives. The Pursuit of Happiness is very relatable. It is very helpful for people that want some change in their life and change their perspective on how they see happiness.

My recommended readers for this book are adults ranging from 18-60 years old. It will give them practical knowledge on how they can approach life and happiness while they are on their adulthood journey. I believe that this age group will appreciate the wisdom in The Pursuit of Happiness book.
