The Forbidden Fruit by Tina Scott is a twisted novel that delves into the author's life, filled with secrets and surprises. The author meets a German couple on a ship, and they become close friends at the beginning of the novel. Due to a medical issue, the guests are rerouted to a main island on the ship. The author describes her encounters with a variety of travelers, such as an old English woman who is the target of a man's stalker and a couple who are plagued by a small boy in their pantry. In addition, the author discusses her own challenges as a single mother, including her dating past and her talent for communicating with the dead.

One of the book's main themes is the author's gift. She talks about her encounters with ghosts, such as the Bigfoot that appears in her friend's backyard and the ghost that resides in her sister's house. The author's ability to speak with the dead is both intriguing and unnerving, and it gives the narrative more depth. In addition, the author opens up about her own challenges, such as dating, being a single mother, and feeling scrutinized by society. The book's narrative is distinct and engrossing since it combines ghost stories with human tales.

I like many aspects of this book. The author's openness and sensitivity are among the book's most endearing features. She is likeable and sympathetic since she is honest about her own problems and fears. Because of the author's readable and captivating writing style, the book is a pleasure to read. The reader is drawn into a compelling narrative by the author's skillful weaving together of ghost stories and her own experiences.

The author's sense of humor is another delightful feature of the work. Her hilarious anecdotes about her adventures give the book a fun, whimsical feel. The book is a more pleasurable read because of the author's inspirational ability to find humor amid trying circumstances.

I don't dislike any aspect of this book. The author's unique gift and ability to convey her own experiences make the book engrossing and captivating to read. For everyone searching for a distinctive and captivating read, the book is highly recommended due to its excellent writing and captivating content. I didn't notice any errors while reading this book, which shows that it was exceptionally well-edited.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for the reasons I mentioned above. All things considered, I suggest this book to anyone who likes ghost stories and autobiographies.
