I particularly enjoyed the book because of its imaginative portrayal of supernatural beings and their interactions with humanity. The world-building, including different dimensions and celestial hierarchies, captivated my imagination and kept me engrossed in the story. Additionally, the character of Crighton stood out to me for his depth and complexity, challenging traditional notions of good and evil. His dedication to his mother and the unexpected relationships he forms add layers to his character that I found compelling. The concept of love as a redemptive force in the face of darkness is beautifully portrayed in "Soul Seeker." It’s interesting to see how this theme plays out in both Crighton and Benjamin's lives.

I was captivated by the way the author handled the theme of choice and consequence. Crighton’s journey forces readers to reflect on their own moral decisions, which is a powerful takeaway from the story.

The transition between the first and second parts of the book caught me by surprise. The shift in Crighton’s role from a soul harvester to something more complex kept me engaged and curious about where the story would go next.
