Michelle Cummings wrote a fictional book called The Reel Sisters, which emphasizes the importance of friendship and unity. Despite coming from different backgrounds, five women come together to share a passion for fly fishing. The story starts with a love for fly fishing, which further develops into a deep, caring, and loving bond for each other. These women's introductions are a little strange. Four women named Sophie, Rose, Amanda, and Veronica meet Melody, who was introduced naked at the river, which adds her to the group, making her the fifth member.

The book is not only about fly fishing. The author did a fantastic job of giving each character a distinct backstory. Each character's interpretation of their own personal life experiences is remarkable. The characters are complicated, and some feel relatable. Some dialogues between women would create a roller coaster of emotions. Sometimes you will burst out with laughter, and sometimes you'll get emotional.

The novel is written clearly and concisely. There were parts when everyone shared their dark secrets, and I enjoyed them. My favorite character, Rosie, is great at fishing as well as choosing appropriate fabrics. The straightforward tone helped me go through the novel faster. The flawless editing has helped keep my reading fast-paced.

Negatives: There are no specific negatives that I could address in the book. The suspense created is something that keeps you engaged until the last page.

Overall, the book is an amazing piece of work, signifying the importance of unity, care, love, and bonds built by heart. I loved the book. Furthermore, as a boy, I discovered a lot of new information about women and their behaviors and patterns of thought.

I would like to rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. one star of the plot. 1 star for the deep research on the complex behaviors of women. 1 star for commendable editing and writing skills.1 star for the emotional connections built among the characters. 1 star for the character development.
