The Smokefree System: Taking Back Control by Sue Freeman is an inspiring and educational book that advises you about smoking and nicotine. Cigarette smoking is one of the most common types of smoking, and there are many long-term effects that smoking can cause, such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Cigarettes also have a substance called nicotine. Nicotine is a toxic substance that you find in cigarettes. Even though necotine is natural, it still causes an increased heart rate, high blood pressure, and persistent coughing.

This book is written as an informative guide on how to help people stop smoking and save themselves. This book helps smokers quit any form of smoking and also highlights the dangers and risks of smoking. This book has amazing advice, explanations, notes, and fun and exciting activities that readers can do while reading.

I absolutely enjoyed this book. The author shares her experiences and how she quit smoking. This book has so much importance for the author, as she was an ex-smoker, and she also shares her deepest life moments. Quitting smoking is a very difficult thing to do for many, but this author makes it feel so important for a healthy lifestyle. I really liked that the author has so much hope that people can quit smoking. The author is determined and courageous enough to help people leave their addiction to smoking.

There wasn't anything that I did not like in this book. This book is a perfect example for many to follow and read about what smoking does to you. The author uses a simple but eye-catching images and layout. This book is engaging and encouraging. This book has no errors as it has been professionally edited. I rate this book five out of five stars due to the reasons above.

I recommend this book to smokers who are having a difficult time trying to quit smoking and need help and motivation in life.
