Jodi B. Miller is a TedX speaker, writer. She also contributes to various magazines, including The Huffington Post, LinkedIn, and CEO magazine. She also helps people to reach their peak potential through her work.

In her book, The Misogi Method, the author has shared her experience of discovering Misogi, a Japanese tradition. How it affected her life by performing/participating in this tradition. I found the book really inspiring. What I liked the most was how the Misogi tradition can be performed by anyone without the fear of failure. It encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. I liked how the author shared her personal experiences so that the reader can find relevance in it. Another thing I found interesting was the exercises given at the end of every chapter to help find our own Misogi.

I will rate 4 out of 5 to this book. While the book is insirping and encourages us to step out of your comfort zone, I found some facts incorrect. For instance, Ganesha is not a Buddhist deity. He is a Hindu deity. Other than a couple of incorrect facts, The Misogi Method is a well written book. With inspirational interviews and chapters that will want you to change your life for the better. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to improve their lifestyle and aim to achieve their goals.
