Review of Phobia Relief
The book “Phobia Relief from Fear to Freedom!” is written by Kalliope Barlis. I like this book very much because of its clear purpose: to change the fear of the people to freedom. The book contains very useful exercises to practice, which change their thinking and bring their minds to real happiness. I give this book a 5 out of 5 rating because of the author’s clear narration and the exercises. The author is not only given the exercises but also the client session transcription and process, who fears the clowns. It helps to understand the exercises more clearly. The statements I like in this book are: “fear and phobias prevent us from living our purpose” and “The future is anything you think it can be and anything you want it to be, simply by how you think now.” The book is good for people who fear something that prevents them from living their lives happily. May I suggest you go through this whole book and practice the exercises to get out of it and live your life with great purpose? In my opinion, there is nothing to change in this book from the author. It is well structured in its contents for good understanding, and the exercises are in order. The author left a brief note to the reader about an NLP called “Neuro Linguistic Programming”. It is the study and use of successful behavior. Praises for Kalliope Barlis are written by people in this book, which increases interest in it, which is worth it in the end. I feel good to have this book on my shelf to read it again and again to change myself and to see the change in others. I thank the author, “Kalliope Barlis," for bringing such a good and wonderful book to see the change in people’s lives.
