"Snatched Up to Heaven" by Jemima Paul is a fascinating book that tells the story of two young girls, Priyanka and Deepika, who claim to have had extraordinary experiences visiting heaven and hell. It's a book that dives deep into their vivid accounts, offering readers a unique look into these otherworldly places.

This book is structured in a way that combines the girls' experiences with important Christian teachings about heaven and hell. Through their innocent eyes, we get to witness their encounters with angels, their conversations with Jesus, and their descriptions of what heaven is like. The way they describe heaven, with its golden streets, sparkling walls, and perfect weather, paints a vivid picture.

However, what's particularly striking is the way they describe hell. They paint it as a place of intense heat, darkness, and suffering. Their accounts of people being sent to hell serve as a strong warning about the consequences of sin.

The book is written in a simple yet engaging style, making it accessible to readers of all ages. The dialogue and descriptions feel authentic, capturing the wonder and curiosity of the young girls.

"Snatched Up to Heaven" encourages readers to reflect on their faith and how their actions may affect their destiny in the afterlife. It emphasises the importance of forgiveness and spreading the teachings of Jesus to avoid the horrors of hell.

While this book will strongly resonate with devout Christians looking for reassurance in their faith, it may raise scepticism among those who approach it with a more critical mindset due to its extraordinary claims. Nevertheless, it's a compelling testament to the power of faith and the enduring belief in the existence of heaven and hell.

I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. "Snatched Up to Heaven" is a captivating and thought-provoking read that provides valuable insights into the spiritual realm, making it a valuable addition to Christian literature. However, readers should approach it with an open mind and their own faith perspective.
