The author Anthony Rosado has provided with a detailed descriptive idea on how the real estate market works. Normally, we find authors giving us a brief overview on how to approach a situation in the field of real estate; however this book not only takes you through the procedure but has provided with some excellent helpful sources and sites for beginners.

The author is building up self esteem and confidence amongst aspiring investors to invest by eliminating self doubt and focusing on investing more as well as prompting them to participate for a longer period, to earn higher profit.

The book is a well organised step by step guide to investing in real estate and flipping process from start to finish so as to ensure that irrespective of an individual investing ability, your first investment would turn into a successful achievement in real estate career.

In this book you can learn how to flip houses and wholesale properties in the most effective and profitable way, as the author has highlighted important strategies to find and approach a motivated seller. Stressing on creating a market collateral, a platform to connect buyers and sellers, moreover, focusing on the pivotal role of having connections irrespective of being effective to the business or not.

A remarkable approach has been initiated to keep the investors especially beginners dedicated, as they are explained the importance of understanding customer service while simultaneously preparing them to lose the clients without getting disheartened.

I rate this book a 4.5 out of 5, as the author has taken the audience on a journey of real estate world, as he makes it a point to provide for some of the obstacles which are faced by investors, at the same time providing for uplifting and encouraging tips and trick to tackle the situations by learning through mistakes and determining the circumstances and mannerism that has to be omitted.

However, it is my humble suggestion that the author should have widen his research to an overseas level while handling the procedural part as to the purchase and sale of property and not merely restrict it to American practices.
