Stress and anxiety are part of what we encounter regularly. The way and manner in which we manage stress and anxiety will determine our general well-being. Fear is a part of every individual's life that is inevitable, and I believe that in such a situation of extreme fear, it can have an adverse effect on our health. Most people might not be able to know the major causes of their problem, either due to ignorance or lack of knowledge.

Anxiety is a result of stress, strain, and tension that are brought into the body. Stress is strain caused by conflict in our external environment, which leads to emotional and physical pressure. Why not read Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, M.A.'s book, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide, to learn about the natural remedies on how to overcome stress and anxiety?

I enjoyed reading this book because it was captivating, educational, and informative. I also loved how the authors gave detailed solutions on how to deal with anxiety and stress with natural remedies called the "Magic Bullet," which is a breathing exercise that helps to reduce stress and also improve memory and awareness. It was also fascinating to read about the health benefits of herbal plants and how they can be used to cure stress, depression, and anxiety. I must also say that the author's writing style was great.

I disliked this book because some of the scientific terms used in it were difficult to pronounce, understand, and assimilate. Because of this, I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to anyone who is going through depression, anxiety, and stress. I also recommend this book to those who are in the medical field; it will help to enlighten them more. I didn't encounter any errors while reading this book, which shows that Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, M.A., was flawlessly well-edited.
