Billy Jones´s Father is a fan and intriguing sports book written in contemporary fiction. It will defintely fit exactly in the interests and tastes of sports book readers.

This book shows emotional and psychological abusive moments lived by Billy Jones due tho his faher´s behavior, and it emphasizes how sports can be linked with the pressure to excel in society, leading people to abusive behaviorsand events, such as Arnold´s father when coaching him.

It is interesting to read the theme contained in this book, which contains a combination of sadness and of beauty with a story centered in sports. I also liked the message of the book which calls to reflection to many parents who want to impose their feelings, ideas, thoughts and tastes on their children, not taking into consideration the thoughts and opinions of their children.

I liked the book and, although I imagined another plot, I really recommend this book rating it with a 4 out of 5.
