Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress tells its readers the secret to managing and treating anxiety. Its wonderful author is Gustavo Kinrys, MD. He teaches about the symptoms of anxiety, facts about these symptoms, and the best practices to make sure they do not appear frequently. The book's first part is dedicated to explaining extensively what anxiety is and what causes it. He also writes about stress and the various ways it manifests. He then proceeds to recommend things that can be done to take care of them.
Thanks to this self-help book, I learned that I have been stressing myself a lot. The symptoms are there. Now that I know that, I can begin applying the treatments that were recommended. Now, let's get back to the book. I have never felt happier than when I read this book. All of us have probably experienced anxiety and stress. A good number of people experience those every day, and they have made life difficult. Thanks to the information in Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress, one does not have to feel so helpless anymore.
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress taught me that I could convert the negative energy that anxiety and stress feed on into a positive one that would leave me feeling fulfilled. It also taught me that something as simple as eating can solve the problem of anxiety. Specific foods, vegetables, and herbs can increase one's quality of life. I love the inclusion of this fact the most. I enjoyed reading about the types of medication that can be taken, but I liked the alternative remedies that were suggested better. I am talking about food, herbs, exercises, and many more.
Another thing that gladdens my heart is that this book was not written just for readers like you and me. Doctors are also encouraged to consume the content of this guide. There are several parts where the author spoke specifically to doctors, which is why I said that.
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress was well-written. The information it provides to its readers is precious. Another thing that was perfectly golden was the editing. There were no errors. Because of its excellent editing, helpful content, and many remedies, I have decided to rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I did not dislike anything about it, and it had no negative aspects, hence the rating above.
I recommend this book to doctors with patients showing signs and symptoms of anxiety disorder and chronic stress. The medications work sometimes, but I am confident that one or more alternative remedies suggested in the book will work better. Regular folks like you and me suffering from anxiety disorders should also hurry up and grab a copy of this book. It is a life-changer.
