The engrossing and fascinating science fiction novel "We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies" by Matthew Tysz takes readers on an adventure through the magical land of Voulhire. The book offers a rich and fascinating reading experience with its complex narrative, well-developed characters, and vivid descriptions. The main themes of the narrative include spirituality, science, and creativity.

It is the first book in the series "We Are Voulhire''. The main character of the book is Galen Bray, a refugee who escaped his war-torn home and resided in Voulhire, a country ruled by a monarch once known as the Emperor of Lullabies. Galen went to Voulhire, as his great uncle had died and given him a forge. As he tries to operate the forge, he picks up a new way of life. In the interim, the monarch of Voulhire must deal with Meldorath, a powerful magician who still rules the land.

The book's framework, which is set in a time when monarchs dominated the world, is what I admire most about it. To prevent readers from becoming confused as they read the novel, the author took the time to describe the characters from the beginning. In creating this book, the author used illustrations. I was able to better grasp the plot thanks to the use of the Voulhire land map. And the plot in the book became more dramatic due to the dialogue technique used by the author.

But the novel does contain some aspects that some readers may not easily connect with. It could be difficult for some readers to continue reading after the first few pages because of the author's writing style. The lack of numbered chapters and a content page may make it difficult for readers to recall where they left off.

I give this book a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because of the aforementioned factors. I saw no typos or grammatical issues in the book, which is a testament to how well the book was edited. I recommend this book to those who love fantasy and are searching for a captivating read.
