It takes massive courage to speak up and fight for one's beliefs. It takes an enormous amount of courage to stand alone in the quest to fight for freedom and peace for one's country and beliefs, and Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, in his book A Dream for Peace, showed such courage in his quest to fight for freedom for his country.

While receiving his education in Algeria, which was at the time joined with France, Dr. Ghoulem disliked the fact that nothing about his country's heritage and history was taught; instead, they focused on the French's history. He intended to study abroad and had a penchant for medicine, which, of course, he went ahead and studied. In school, he met people and joined associations hell-bent on dealing with the discrimination their religion or country experienced. This would further lead him to meet world leaders, and his knowledge of science won him awards. Find out more about the remarkable life of Dr. Ghoulem and how his quest for freedom came about.

The one thing I would say first about this book is that I found it to be a privilege to be able to know about Dr. Ghoulem's story and what he went through. I exhibited different kinds of emotions while reading this book. I felt happiness, sadness, and so much more due to what he had to encounter and the challenges he had to overcome. Furthermore, I also like that the author shared images of his life with the readers because it added a sense of liveliness and uniqueness to the book. The uncolored version of these images just added to the proof of how real Dr. Ghoulem's story is. This book taught me many lessons, one of which was how to be patriotic. Being able to stand up for your country is not an easy task, but the author encouraged the readers with his story to be able to stand up for what they feel is right and to be able to work well with people to fulfill that special goal one has in mind.

I cannot in any way find anything to dislike about this book because I find it a privilege to be able to read it and understand the dangers of discrimination. The book was professionally edited, and I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars because of how educational, informative, innovative, and unique it is.

I would recommend this book to people who intend on being leaders of tomorrow. I would also recommend this book to leaders who want to stand up for what they believe in.
