Review of Man Mission
Just as one grows from being a child to a boy or girl and then to a lady or man, Eytan Uliel has grown with his friends, Alec, Sam, and Daniel. This growth is, however, not that of one from a boy to a man; it is the growth of a full-grown man since they already grew up when they started this yearly journey that we read about in Man Mission by Eytan Uliel. After deciding that they would be going on a journey every year, the four friends took this into action by actually going on the journey every year. We see them visiting many countries for the same reason, and they never fail to do so, as they successfully did for fifteen years. However, this was not a sweet journey all the way through; they faced some threats, even from wild animals. Did this spoil their fun? Was any of them hurt during the encounter with the animals? After reading this book, the answers to these questions will be brought to light.
I enjoyed how the men used their yearly journey wisely. They did not just waste all their time having fun, doing sports, and going places; it was intelligent of them to also do some intellectual stuff, like talking about some barriers in their lives and careers. With this, they made readers have some knowledge about some things as well. As they went on the journey each year, I became so ready to see them go on the next trip. If the author had not written the book so well, I would not even be interested in reading about their next journey. I also enjoyed the fact that Sam made this possible because if he had not agreed to the plan suggested by Eytan during the food fair they once attended, the plan would have just ended when it was suggested by Eytan without any fulfillment. The country I even liked to visit was New Zealand, and reading about it as the first country that they both went to before the other two men joined them made the book more astounding to me.
The fact that anything could be the source of a better thing was well depicted in the book. The only thought of traveling was to have a taste of different food, but this turned out to be a better thing. Sporting activities good for recreation were added, and intelligent discussions were also added. I won't also forget to note that the rules they also created added a high level of depth to the book. All this means that I did not dislike anything in the book.
For having no dislikes and for being exceptionally edited, I rate this book five out of five stars. Another reason for my rating is because the book impacted me through the discussions, locations, and experiences of the four men.
They visited Japan, Australia, Thailand, South Africa, Iceland, South Africa, and many more places. If you love any of these countries or all of them together, you can read this book. Even if you enjoy friendship, you can also read this book. These are the people I recommend this book to.
