The Beautiful Business by Steven Morris is a highly praised book that offers a new stance on entrepreneurship.

The first amazing point of the book is it challenges the traditional view of profit as the sole goal of the business, arguing that earnings should be seen as a means to accomplish other goals. The key strength of the book is that it encourages readers to think beyond just making money and evaluate the consequences of their businesses so that they can be a force for good in the world. Discovering a profound purpose than just making money is essential for building any business, entrepreneurs have a responsibility to create companies that are meaningful and fulfilling that's very powerful for me. Morris provides examples of people who have built businesses making the book relatable to entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their business journeys like myself. Inspiring stories are being shared of companies that are making a difference in the world, and Morris does give concrete steps that readers can take to create businesses like the ones he mentions, businesses that are aligned with your values and beliefs. Morris makes you understand that building a business is not always a walk in the park and this book, he wants us readers to know the importance of setting boundaries and finding a balance between work, and your private life so that you can be fully present and engaged in both aspects. I like how Morris thinks that building businesses requires not only a strong commitment to the business itself but also a commitment to personal growth and self-care. So, taking care of oneself both physically mentally to be a more useful entrepreneur and leader. Another super factor is that Morris believes that maintaining healthy and loving relationships with people is important, so you won't have regrets in the long term while you are building a business or businesses. The book is well structured making it easy for readers to find the information they need. Morris writes in a clear and convenient style making the book extremely enjoyable.

The book is geared more towards small business owners or entrepreneurs, which limits its relevance to larger companies.

Super Amazing book and a must-read for any business owner. It contains a wealth of information that can elevate your business. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It has no grammatical or spelling errors. The book is excellently edited.

Entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking to build businesses that are not only financially successful but aligned with their values. It's suitable for new and experienced entrepreneurs.
