Emma is a joyful 8-year-old that lives a normal life with her little sister, Bella. Joined by her parents and baby sister. Their home is full of love for God and His son. Filled with imagination and faith, Emma begins to dream of Heaven. Angels take her and Bella high above the clouds to gold-bathed streets. During breakfast, she regales dreams to her family. Mom and Dad ask questions. They all engage in a wholesome conversation about God and His son, Jesus.

Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids by Jemima Paul with Arvind Paul is a delightful children's book. A marvelous way to engage with children about Heaven and all the brilliant gifts that await. Listening to little ones describe a narrative is always so sweet. The most positive aspect of the story is the recreation of that friendly interaction. You can tell Emma's parents adore her. They teach her morals, and the love God has for her. Her parents show a fantastic example of patients and understanding.

Honestly, I have zero negative aspects of this narrative. It is a simply sweet children's book. With a heartwarming message that I think most Christian faith families can relate to. That being said, you don't need to be a family deep in faith to enjoy this. Yes, it is a religious story, but it's more about the imagination of Emma. She has these brilliant dreams about Heaven. No matter your faith, we can all appreciate the pure beauty and comfort in the thought of Heaven. Snatch Up to Heaven for Kids would be a great tool to introduce the bible to young ones.

I would recommend this to homeschooling parents that need a good story for Bible study. Lovely tool to open up a conversation and engage with how our kids see Heaven. There are references to bible verses provided. Dad reads bibles verse to the girls that talk about some of the things Emma saw in her dreams. That chapter alone, in my opinion, helps build context clues for kids. Emma sees rainbows in her dreams, so Dad reads a verse that speaks of, "Around the throne was a rainbow shining like an emerald." That helps kids find hints in what they are reading to further their awareness of the meaning of a new or unfamiliar word. I think that's a skill to start when you introduce Bible study. I would also recommend this to children between 4 to 9.

From my point of view, I found zero spelling or grammatical errors. Jemima Paul with Arvind Paul did an excellent job editing. Illustrations are darling, with a delightful scene of sibling love. Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids is a beautiful way to express who God is to children. I rate this book 5 out of 5.
