Killing Abel is more than just a story about the first murder. No matter who the father is, it is the story of a God of love who moves the heavens and the earth by bringing back the children from the abyss, that the father and the child "learn together" that life is not easy!
The tragic details of Cain murdering his brother are so detailed that they become all too real. The story unfolds as an intense drama between two loving brothers that escalates into murder.
The reader is forced to ponder the eternal consequences of Cain's actions and even God's answer.
Readers will be confronted with never-before-seen connections between mercy, vengeance, justice, and his three words... oh so poor
Learn all about the Mark of Cain, the origin of the Nephilim... Learn the real reason why Noah, creator of heaven and earth, built ships. …………. Learn why God gave Adam an animal name. Learn the origins of the Circle of Man on Friday the 13th. There's also how victimized, and romance. Adam and Eve remain faithful to the end, but Adam reflects on how God seduced them into a lifelong commitment. Learn about the trees in the garden and more.
"Killing Abel" is a story about the beginning of the earth and the interaction between God and humans, but at its core it is also a story about redemption, guilt, mercy and sacrifice. It's a story about how the Almighty God, the father of mankind, is conflicted and limited in how he deals with his murderous son and a world far removed from his original desires.
This amazing story after Cain kills his brother also intersects the lives of Enoch, Methuselah, Set and of course Noah as the world nears destruction at the hands of the Deluge. This story reveals his 1700 year world covered in his 4000 words from Genesis 1 to 6...... Except for Noah and his family where God fought alongside humans to fill the earth only to repent and judge after some very difficult times. does not get He sticks to what is written and fills in all the gaps.
And finally, when Cain and Abel's long fate is revealed and God wipes tears from the eye of one of God's children for the first time in history, we weep with the rest. This book is really great for people of certain religions. I personally enjoyed this book and think millions of people would too! 5/5.
