Review of Reconfigurement

Everything basically boils down to money," liquidity" as i always like to refer to it. for one to enjoy longevity and a healthy life after active official working age of retirement then the effective and judicious management of once financial portfolio is very important. this master piece "Reconfigurement" by E.Alan Fleischauer did justice to it.A detailed yet precise financial planning book, on how to start early and strategically create effective plans and actions on how best to invest and manage your financial portfolio after retirement.The author realised that the invent of modern technologies in terms of medical discoveries , new ways of supplementing the required nutrition for a healthier living has altered the projected life expectancy especially in the U.S.A. Thereby creating a future financial gap, defeating the traditional way of saving and investing for retirement and because majority are not prepared for life after retirement this posses a huge challenge. E. Alan Fleischauer in this book "Reconfigurement" came up with solution on how to start early to asses your abilities on what one would be good at outside ones current work because a lot hate what they do, how to invest properly , how to reorganise oneself financially with various insurance policies and financial investment securities.
The beauty of this book is the fact that the author's educational and working experience in the financial industry, years of managing different clients financial portfolios in regards to retirement planning puts him in a very rich knowledge of worthy advising for caution. My positive take is how the author systematically breaks down the need to start early for personal assessment in all areas to know your strengths and weakness for better planning, and that most people do not phantom the idea to continue working after retirement but most intriguing is how the author uses a nice sense of humour to keep the subject interesting knowing that too much of financial discussion could be boring .
The diplomatic way of introducing different financial investment securities based on the authors working experience but explicitly asking for one to seek professional advice from a certified professional in that field before investing , investment securities like stocks, bonds , treasury bills, mutual founds, retirement plans like 401k,and IRA, medicare and medicaid, affordable health insurance, there different kinds there benefits and shortfalls, there return on investment.
there was no negative point as sure just that the book covered basically the united states i would had wished that its was universal but for that to happen that means the countries from third world countries would have the same retirement policies.
there was no typos, error in this book, it was well edited .
By all standard i would rate this book five out of five stars my reason being that it was self explanatory clear and direct to what the problems where and offered solution and still advice's for more research to be carried on to further help.
I recommend this book to any one who has the intention of growing old in the U.S.A. especially people from the ages of 45 and above, any active working class individual.
