Michael Tieman's book, Killing Abel, is based entirely on biblical historical events. It begins with Genesis and the creation of the world before systematically explaining biblical events as the author imagines them to have occurred. It is also a religious work that discusses the origins of humanity, the fall of angels, and the impact of one murder on Earth's history as a whole. The questions that the majority of Christians desire to explore are raised in this book. Additionally, it discusses how everyone's father is God and what it means to be a good father.
Killing Abel is a book that fully accepts God. Most people, according to Michael, strive to impose their ideas of who and what God is. But he argues that humans cannot dispute God's actions. This book opens with the well-known Garden of Eden myth, which presents Lucifer the snake in a different light than I am used to seeing him. I particularly enjoyed how the biblical characters were portrayed and written; each of them had their own ideas and opinions, which were expressed in an approachable way. In my opinion, the dialogue between the biblical figures was also fairly accurate.According to the author, biblical history is up to interpretation, and Killing Abel is his personal interpretation of what actually happened.

Killing Abel is classified as historical fiction, but if you're a Christian, you can only consider it historical. This novel bases its narrative on biblical historical events. The novel Killing Abel is immensely fascinating and engaging. I had to stop and consider whether what the author had written actually did occur. The Bible initially only had a few chapters of the well-known Cain and Abel story, but the novel Killing Abel extends it and imaginatively rewrites it.

Absolutely nothing about this book bothered me; it was properly written and simple enough for anyone to understand. Killing Abel is a work of art and a book that, until I read it, I had no idea I needed as a Christian.
Killing Abel receives a score of five out of five stars. It was a brilliant and intriguing biblical story, and I didn't notice any typos while reading it. It was also expertly edited and well-written. I gave this book five stars because I think it's a fantastic book that every Christian should read and own.

I commend the author for doing that because Killing Abel finishes with a plea to God, asking for forgiveness if this book has offended him. Any practicing Christian and any believer who is interested in learning more about the history of the Bible should read this book, in my opinion. Even though you could read it like a novel if you wanted to, this book would not be appropriate for someone who is not a Christian.
