Review of Seeking... Finding... Healing...
In Seeking... Finding... Healing, there are so many practical exercises that anyone can use to enhance their lives and make full recovery from past traumas, heartaches, and horrible experiences. It's a self-help book to help you restore your soul and not just your soul but your whole being synchronizes to become a whole entity. So if you wanna be free it's a pass to your freedom.
This novel is amazing because Becky Lu Jackson's Point Of View wasn't based on any religious dogmas or doctrines but on spirituality from a neutral viewpoint which allows the reader to find their truths in a more receptive state of mind. This, therefore, makes reprogramming the mind an easy process as it stated that the source of healing is healing from your past and this makes sense as other authors complemented this like 'Yanhao Huang' who said that suppressing negative emotions lead to a 'pain body.' This is a must for anyone that wants to be free and lead a carefree and successful life.
The way the author chose to organize the chapters is so outstanding: the chapters are ordered in a fashion that I was hooked by the book as I processed and understood the information easily and I think anyone can understand this book as the style of writing is very friendly for any reader. Chapters 2, 3, and 4 are a continuation of one another in such a way that the concept introduced in Chapter 2 is explained in greater depth in 3, and I followed through easily and readily without having to push myself. She then put a nail in the coffin when she introduced to me the concept of the Board of Directors which I feel is the ultimate way to synchronize with your true self.
As much as I loved this novel and its contents I sadly rate it 3 out of 4 stars and 4 stars out of 5 as the editor did do a great job editing it. However, I respect Becky for the courage she had to share with the world her personal experiences and affairs which reminds me of an allegory: an Angel said so she is a perfect being and God replied no she has but one drawback she doesn't know what she worth (this is when God created a woman by the way). Hence, I believe Becky's imperfection made her perfect as she discovered her worth, and thus, this novel.
I would recommend this book to anyone on a spiritual journey and to people willing to recover from any form of abuse. All the meditation methods and techniques in this book would benefit anyone who's seeking a spiritual awakening. Healing from any form of abuse can be exhausting and thought not possible by victims but through this book, the healing process can be fast and simple: this book is to empower and encourage every broken soul willing to shape its life and become the best version of itself.
