Reconfigurement is a non-fiction self -help book about planning and personal finances. The book has 13 chapters that are very straight forward. E.Alan Fleischauer educates one on how to plan for your future, financial planning, retirement, disability insurance and much more. In order to keep the readers' attention, the author has used jokes and financial puns to keep it light.

In the first chapters the author urges us to think about income and what it entails to us. He teaches us about budgeting and seeing if there are any unnecessary expenses that can be minimalized or completely cut off. Seeing that we spend most on unbudgeted things this helps us to rethink our approach, but also ask people to be informed on their finances.

While a lot of us are not happy with our day-to-day jobs the book touches on it. The author stipulates the notion of change and testing for career aptitudes. As a young person I related a lot on investing tips that are practical on our day to day lives rather than the long saving history that's passed down from generation to generation. Health insurances are crucial for one to have a good standard of living, he touches on how good health can be affordable. The book is written on research and facts. The great tips and useful information to prepare others for retirement is mind blowing. One retirement plan has proven not to be enough as people are living beyond the expected years of age seventy.

This book is written for the USA citizens, the whole employer-employee structure is based for them and help with their retirement planning. For those who reside outside the USA, it might be challenging for them to digest the concept. Few would still be able to grasp the general idea of how to go about their financial reconfiguration. They will need to make an extra effort to compare the steps given in the book to their current environment and country.

I loved and enjoyed how easy his writing was. It had a direct approach as if talking to one individual at a time. The author explained so well some of the finance terminologies that would be hard for us regular people to understand. I rate the book [five out of five ]

The book was so captivating and informative. It was professionally edited. I would recommend this book to older readers and collage age readers twenties and thirties. Also, to those who are interested in financial planning and investing.
