Everyone who is either in a company, wants to start a company or wants to be a leader doesn't know what he/she is doing and therefore learns as time progresses. This book takes these aspects into consideration and shows the reader the basics of operating a business and how to act and be a leader.
This book is written by Paul R Fournier and provides insight to new readers.

This book takes a look at businesses and breaks it down so that the reader can understand how it is run It doesn't make it to be this complicated system that only a few can access. This book also goes into great detail about business culture and how employees play the biggest role in the company. It also goes into great detail about the culture of companies and the importance of listening to clients. This book also goes into further detail regarding how to increase productivity and has numerous assessment tasks that the reader can apply to his/her company to see how effectively it works. This book also has terms and methods on how to be a better company and how one can implement it in the office. The author also makes sure to give the reader several warnings on why change will be resisted using keywords such as silos.

The only problem that I found in this book was that I felt that certain things were being repeated and that it further weakened the overall message of the book. I also didn't like the numbering system used in the book.

One thing I will say about this book that is does back up its statements and doesn't say things that are so absurd that cannot be proven. I would not however say that this book is the first of its kind but I will say that it does provide a new perspective that other similar books don't give.

I would rate this book three out of four stars . The reason for it is that despite proving its points, it did not show real life examples and the ferry few spelling mistakes. Other than that there was no problem that I could find within this book.I would recommend this to any future leader or any entrepreneur.
