Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute is a great motivational book by Jeff Meyer. The author begins by pointing out that fear is what kills most dreams before they get a chance to grow. Fear is what hinders people from having big dreams in life. The main purpose of this book is to equip individuals with all the necessary skills to make a dream come true before it dies. The author of this book shares simple tips that a person can apply in life to pursue the future with certainty and determination. The author also offers useful ideas on how to overcome obstacles that hinder most people from realizing their dreams. This book is divided into two parts. One part is about discovering a dream while the other part is about realizing the dream. The reader can choose to start with either of the two parts.

The author wrote this book from a Christian perspective. However, the tips shared in this book are also applicable to nonbelievers. I liked how the author divided this book into short chapters with doable exercises at the end. If practiced properly, these exercises can help a person in dream realization even amid challenges and obstacles. I also liked how the author used his personal experiences throughout this book. This made everything relatable while reading. It also played a big role in assuring me that dream realization is achievable. I was also impressed by how the author arranged this book in such a way that the reader can start with any chapter of their preference.

I found this book very engaging and inspiring. I learned a lot from it. I did not find anything to dislike in this book. The author made his work brief and to the point.

I did not find any grammatical errors or typos while reading this book. This book was exceptionally well-edited. Therefore, I rate Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute 4 out of 4 stars. I did not find any negative reasons to give this book 3 stars or less. This book is well-organized, brief, interesting, and very educative. This is the best motivational book I have read this year.

I would like to recommend this book to those people who enjoy reading motivational books. Those people whose dreams are already dead out of fear will find this book helpful. It is also suitable for anyone who is looking for ways to make a dream come true.
