Why can't just Johnny quit by Kyle Oh is a magnificant book about addiction. It is a book that tries to improve people's understanding of addiction and to help make it easier to conquer addiction. This book clarifies exactly what addiction is and this might help others avoid it. Kyle tells stories about his own patients and instances that opened his eyes. He is very honest and open about these matters. Within the 17 chapters of the book, the author manages to squeeze in crucial information. He mentions reasons for addiction, how people get hooked, why people relapse etc. and he describes addiction to different drugs as every drug is unique.

This book is incredible. There are a lot of different incorrect perceptions about drug addiction. These are perceptions that I also had but this book eliminates all of those. Before this book, I didn't really note the difference between drug abuse and drug addiction. I thought they were the same and I know I'm not the only one. A lot of things that we haer about addiction from the internet or TV are far from the truth. The best part is that the author actually dealt with addicts and has witnessed the experience first hand. This book isn't written by some random guy with facts that he "thinks" are valid.

The book had no flaws nor any grammatical errors so I can definitely say that this book was exceptionally well edited. There are zero negative aspects from my side. It is a stellar book. This book is very necessary and essential. The approach Kyle takes in explaining addiction is simple and easily understandable. The hard truth in very simple words, does it get any better?

I totally enjoyed the book. This book was different from any blog, youtube videos or documentary about addiction and I love it! Kyle Oh did a very great job in penning this book. I will give it a whooping, very much well deserved four out of four stars. This book is great.

For anyone that has a drug problem, I highly recommend that you read this book. Understanding addiction will help you overcome it. Even if you have a relative or loved one that uses drugs, you can help them prevent getting hooked by giving them this book. The smokers definitely have to read this one. This book puts an end to all those stupid myths you have about drugs.
