Do you suffer from headaches, high blood pressure, or other ailments that may or may not have definitive causes? Are you typically a human "ball" of stress and easily overwhelmed? If so, Natural Relief For Anxiety And Stress is an extraordinary self-help book written by Dr. Gustavo Kinrys and Medical Assistant Alexandra Gold with outstanding suggestions to cope with anxiety and stress as well as provide impeccable remedies without going straight to prescription medication. Not intended to diagnose or treat, the authors thoroughly explain stress and anxiety accompanied with the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. Helpful tools are laid out to combat issues with such that are natural and harmless to the individual.
I suffer from immense stress myself, and Natural Relief For Stress And Anxiety is an excellent tool that has helped me and can help anyone who needs it. I choose natural remedies and holistic practices above pharmaceuticals and this book has given me more instruction to overcome stress than anything before it. Dr. Kinrys and Alexandra Gold provide many positive aspects pertaining to every day life with stress and anxiety from simple diet changes to adopting meditation practices. The authors give the knowledge needed to live the best life by addressing certain foods that have been deemed helpful, explaining behavioral therapies and their benefits, as well as listing symptoms and their causes. In my opinion, this was the easiest and most straight-forward self-help text I have read dealing with psychological and physiological issues. Dr. Kinrys and Alexandra Gold produced a methodical and educational reference for years to come.
After much deliberation within myself, I give Natural Relief For Anxiety And Stress 3 out of 4 stars. Aside from a few grammatical and spelling errors with the text, this book is a meticulously thought out guide aimed at providing the best methods and proven techniques for combating ailments and other pesky issues relating to every day stress and anxiety. The exercises mentioned and practical uses described are part of my routine as I adopted the techniques into my daily life. This practical guide was written with patients in mind and produced in a way to help those who need it. I recommend this book for anyone of a mature age that can find the information useful within. I highly recommend for those with stress and/or anxiety-related symptoms and problems.
