party line

The party line by Dennis D. Gagnon is a story about boyhood and growing up; one sees in it the usual pranks, dreams of a bright future and the unique occurrences that happens during transitions from childhood to adulthood. However, it is not certain if the protagonist will eventually be able to rid the world of evil thereby making it a better place for all. The narrative invokes the different perspective and views of life, how realities are connected and how they affect, cause changes and cannot do without each other.

The party line talks about the amazing yet disturbing discoveries of the protagonist. How his discoveries led him in understanding the voices on the other side, the tragic events caused by the overwhelming cloud of thoughts in the head of the protagonist and his final decision which will eventually change the world.

The book includes different themes which are; death, love, growth, friendship and more. It consists of 19 chapters with the motto "Don't feed the beast". It is a narrative that assists me as the reader in understanding the different realms and how they are interconnected. Though the story lines are fictional straight from the head of the author, it is really enlightening to consume.

The party line is short but not disappointing at all because it is filled with knowledge about science, philosophy, and how theories are propagated. The book is interesting to read but I will give it a 3 out of 4 stars. This is due to the fact that the book contains the use of profane words in the sense that it has some religious words and description of God, and the presence of some grammatical errors.

This narrative is suited for anyone, regardless of age, religion, and status. The book is really an Eye-opener and would really interest those who are scientists and philosophers, because it throws more light on understanding and developing theories.
