Upon reading this book Casino Royaleone will be at a loss for words. This is a novel about greed, pure and simple. The author, Pascal Batieufaye has composed an autobiography that reflects corporate greed to the nth degree. He demonstrated just how far some corporations will go to great lengths to make their bottom line look a little bit better. This particular corporate entity was flat out stealing from their employees and covering it up as a benefit of working for the casino.

What I like about this narrative is the way that he exposes the corporate greed that some companies will go to just to increase their profits. These types of companies should always be exposed and held accountable for the crimes that they have committed. They are not the only ones that do this type of thing it's just that they are one of the few that have gotten caught at it.

Mr. Batieufaye has done a great job of exposing this particular company
and the crimes they have allegedly committed. What I would like to see is even more companies be exposed and brought to justice because this has been going on for too long, yes, much too long.

I dislike the part where Mr. Batieufaye is made to pay because of the way the organization behaved towards his objections. I especially did not like where he had to give a detailed description of all his objections as if the company did not know what he was talking about. Now although he had laid out his case beautifully we must be aware of the fact that there are always two sides to every litigation, and when we consider that well then his side takes a slight hit, but only a small one as his point of contention can stand up to their side of the argument. Now I am not an expert on the law nor am I an attorney but this is plain and simple.

I will give this a four out four rating this book appears to have been professionally edited as I did not come across any mistakes. All in all, this is a promising book that will be enjoyed by law school students as well as anyone with an interest in the law.
