Faults describe a story about a female tennis player Sydney Livingstone. The story takes place during the Mainspring Mutual Open (MMO) Tournament where Sydney encounters with a mysterious killer who wants to kill her.

Sydney was a 24 years old female tennis player who barely made her name famously known in the tennis world. However, during the MMO tournament she has exceeded her limit and creates a name in the tennis world despite had to overcome the fear for becoming a target of a murderer. The book make a reader being suspicious who is a real suspect as the suspect could be Sydney’s closest person. The mysterious incident by incident encounters by Sydney during her tournament bring a new goal to her and strengthen her physically and mentally.

The book unravel a mysterious crime make the reader to stuck in the story to know who the real suspect behind all those incident occur around Sydney. It contained unexpected plotted. I had a lot of fun reading Sydney’s story. I admired Sydney’s determination to finish her tennis tournament despite the incident occur to her that cause her to be injured and hospitalized. The author create an amazing mysterious plotted that that make me wonder who was the want holding a grudge against Sydney. Sometimes, it makes me wonder if Sydney was the real behind those incidents around her. I enjoyed the unpredictable storyline that lead me to accuse several characters as a suspect.

The only thing I disliked about the book was the ending of this book seem too short. Nevertheless, the book has clear storyline. Both the major and minor characters were well-developed. The book was well-edited. Thus, I rate it four out of four.

I would recommend this to adults who’s enjoy crime fiction and sport. There was a minor scene of sexual content likes steamy kiss and the story begins with a suicidal incident.
